What this platform is for
Green Diaspora Forum 2026 is a working forum: people come to build skills, enterprises and sustainable livelihoods together, not just to listen. This platform carries that work before, during and after the forum in Fort George Hotel and Spa, 2 Marine Parade, Belize City.
- Participants plan their agenda, join a working group, reserve site visits, meet the right people and make pledges.
- Working groups turn conversations into pilot ideas that anyone can back with a pledge.
- Partners see their people, the pledges made in their name and the benefits of their partnership.
- The forum team runs registration, the door, the buses and the follow-up from one console.
- Everyone can watch the impact grow on the public impact page and the venue screens.
Tip. Every main page has a “How this works” bar under its title: the workflow in a few steps, with a link back to this handbook. It opens by itself the first time you visit a page; tap it to open or close it any time.
The first time you sign in, a short guided tour points out the main parts of your portal. Each account sees it once (demo accounts see it again after every sign-in); replay it any time from your chapter of this handbook.
Every section of your portal is in the side menu. On a computer it is always on the left. On a phone, tap the round menu button at the top left to slide it open, and tap outside it (or the X) to close it.

Getting a place
Tickets are sold on the two checkouts the Uplift Institute already uses. Pick the one that fits you; your place then appears on this platform automatically.
| If you… | Register on | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Belize residents and Belize-based businesses | Zeffy | |
| Attending from outside Belize | Uplift Institute | US$275, reduced rate until 31 October 2026 |
Fort George Hotel and Spa: Room block at US$179 a night for 4 nights, bookable once your registration is paid.
Tip. Already bought a ticket? Do not register again. You will get an email inviting you to set up your account, or you can sign in with the same email address you used to buy it.
Speakers, invited partners and complimentary guests use the short request form on the Register page instead. The forum team confirms each request; until then your account shows as waiting for approval.

Signing in
- Go to Sign in and enter your email address.
- Open the email "Your Green Diaspora sign-in code".
- Type the 6-digit code on the sign-in page, or tap Sign in in the email if you are on the same device.
Have a password (forum team and test accounts)? Tap "Sign in with a password instead" and enter your email and password. Everyone else signs in with the emailed code; no password is needed.
Tip. Opened the email on your phone but asked for the code on a laptop? Use the 6-digit code. The button only works on the device where you asked for it.
The code does not work.
Codes work once and expire after an hour. Ask for a new one and use the newest email.
I did not get an email.
Check spam or promotions, and that you used the same address you registered with. For security the page says the same thing whether or not an address is registered.
I got an invitation link from the forum team.
Tap Set up my account on the page it opens. Invitation links work once and expire after 72 hours; after that, simply sign in with your email.

Your privacy and choices
- You choose whether other participants can find you in the People directory, and whether the forum team may suggest introductions. You can change both at any time in Profile.
- Participants under 18 are never shown in the directory and are never matched.
- Pledges are private unless you mark them public. Public totals on the impact page are anonymous, and small groups are merged so no one can be singled out.
- Your working group sees your name only if you allowed the directory; otherwise you appear as "A participant".
Read the full privacy notice and terms from the footer of any public page.
05
Accessibility
Every page works with a keyboard and a screen reader, at large text sizes and on small phones. Colours meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast. Animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
If anything gets in your way, email info@upliftinstitute.org and tell us the page and what happened.
